Asbestos can be found in practically any building or structure built prior to 1974. Exposure to Asbestos fibers can cause disease and cancer. Over the past twenty 25 years companies have been performing abatement activities to rid such buildings of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). Lead

The most common exposure to lead for the general public is through Lead based paint. Lead based paint can be found in practically every home, business, hospital and educational institution. It has been proven that exposure to lead based paint can lead to various health conditions. CEI has personnel trained to handle the abatement of Lead and Lead based paint.
